About the RIVET™ Readiness Assessment
What is the RIVET™ Readiness Assessment?
It is a free, seven-minute assessment by certified confidence and executive coach Deondriea Cantrice. It helps you name what changed in your life, why it matters now, and whether you are ready for RIVET™, her six-month private coaching program for people experiencing confidence erosion. Completing it is the first step before applying.
Why do I need an assessment before applying to RIVET™?
RIVET™ accepts only twelve clients a year, and six months of private coaching asks a lot of each person. The assessment isn't a gate to keep you out. It makes sure that when you start, the timing, capacity, and commitment are in place for you to finish.
What does the assessment measure?
It measures readiness in five parts: What changed, Why now, Ownership, Capacity, and Commitment. You also see where coaching would most likely begin for you: clarity, authority, or action.
What happens after I finish?
You get your readiness result, a five-part readiness profile, your story reflected back in your own words, and a downloadable readiness report. If you're ready, you can apply right on the results page. Deondriea reviews every application personally, and if it's a fit, you'll be invited to a private conversation.
What if my results say I'm not ready yet?
Not yet isn't no. You'll get a short plan for the next 90 days, including Deondriea's books, events, and free resources, and you can retake the assessment when you're ready. You can still choose to apply.
Is RIVET™ therapy?
No. RIVET™ is coaching, not therapy. It's built for people who are functioning but not living the way they want. If getting through the day takes everything you have, please start with a licensed mental health professional. If you're in crisis in the US, call or text 988.
Does a high score guarantee a seat in RIVET™?
No. With twelve seats a year, every application is reviewed personally, and the private conversation decides fit for both of you. A strong result means you're ready to take the next step.
Are my answers private?
Your answers are saved only in your browser so you can pick up where you left off. They are shared with Deondriea only if you submit your application.
