The Weekly Question
One provocative question, every week, to examine a belief and notice how it's shaping your choices.
The QliqueBy Deondriea Cantrice
Every clique you've ever been part of had one rule: fit in. This one has the opposite rule. Think for yourself, and you're already halfway in.
Question + Clique = a different kind of belonging.
Most people follow the pattern. A few look up, and find each other.
02 The invitation
Somewhere along the way, you learned the price of belonging was silence. Nod in the meeting. Laugh at the joke. Keep the question to yourself. You got good at it. Maybe too good.
Here's what nobody told you: that wasn't belonging. That was hiding, with company.
The Qlique ends the trade. Here, the question isn't the thing that gets you pushed out. It's the thing that gets you in.
Qlique noun. A clique with one rule: nothing is true just because someone said so.

05 The founder
Deondriea Cantrice was handed a script early: teen mom, a statistic, the first in her family to do most of what she's done. She rose from file clerk to global IT program leader, and was once asked to train the person promoted over her. Every step forward started with the same question: Who told you that?
Today she's an author, keynote speaker, certified confidence and executive coach, and the creator of Belief Interrogation™. She didn't build The Qlique to hand you answers. She built it because questioning alone is exhausting, and questioning together is a movement.
06 The invitation to belong
You already know whether you belong here. You probably knew a few sections ago. The only question left is whether you'll take the seat, or keep standing by the door.

Question everything. Belong to something.
The Qlique is a community created by author and speaker Deondriea Cantrice for independent thinkers who challenge assumptions, examine inherited expectations, and refuse to surrender authority over their own lives. Its rallying cry is "Question everything. Belong to something."
Qlique combines two words: Question and Clique. Most cliques ask you to fit in. The Qlique asks you to think for yourself. Its one rule is that nothing is true just because someone said so.
The Qlique is for people who have never accepted everything at face value: people who ask who decided the rules, who have outgrown scripts they didn't write, and who want to make decisions on their own terms alongside others who do the same.
Members receive The Weekly Question, a provocative question each week to examine a belief; Qlique Conversations, facilitated community discussions; The Qlique Files, concise reflection tools and exercises for putting Belief Interrogation™ into practice; and First Access to announcements, invitations, and opportunities connected to Deondriea's books, speaking, and events.
