Hello, I am Deondriea Cantrice
But more than titles, I am a translator of the unspoken harm happening inside professional and personal spaces that look successful on the outside and feel corrosive on the inside.
I am not another “motivational life coach.” I am a first-generation professional. I was a single teen mom of three. A global IT program management leader. Often—the first and only Black person in the room.
Today, I lead a global confidence movement helping professionals heal, rebuild self-trust, and rise into their power without apology. I am the voice behind Profliction™—the chronic, invisible professional injury caused by environments that exploit overachievement, reward silence, and disconnect professionals women from their inner authority.
I don’t motivate people to endure more. I equip them to reclaim themselves.![]()

My Turning Point
For years, I did everything “right.” I climbed the corporate ladder, earned the accolades, and checked every box that was supposed to lead to success. Yet, behind the polished professionalism was a painful truth: I was exhausted, invisible, and doubting my worth because the goals and expectations kept shifting.
That quiet ache—the dissonance between what the world saw and what I felt—became the seed of my transformation. I realized that what I and so many others were experiencing wasn’t a lack of ambition or ability. It was something deeper. It was Workplace Wounding™—A cumulative psychological and emotional injury caused by sustained exposure to toxic environments, harmful leadership, or systemic bias. And with it came my calling—to create a new conversation around confidence.
My Confidence Revolution
Today, I lead a global movement dedicated to helping professionals—especially women of color and first-generation leaders—reclaim the confidence they’ve been conditioned to question.
I blend behavioral science, lived experience, and soul-level truth. I teach that confidence isn’t about perfection, performance, or pretending. It’s about alignment—between who you are, what you believe, and how you show up. Because when those three align, confidence becomes effortless.
What I Believe
-
Confidence is not a personality trait—it’s a state of internal permission
-
Many women aren’t “blocked”—they are wounded
-
Work should challenge you, not quietly dismantle you
-
Silence is not strength when it costs you your self-trust
-
Healing is not the opposite of ambition—it’s what sustains it
I believe people deserve success without self-abandonment.
The Work I'm Known For

As a certified confidence coach who guides people from self-doubt to self-command. Through my truth-centered coaching, people awaken their voice, strengthen their boundaries, and step into lives anchored in confidence, clarity, and power—without apologizing for who they are or what they deserve.
I am an award-winning author whose work blends truth, storytelling, and powerful insight to help people reclaim their confidence and identity. My books challenge cultural conditioning, expose hidden emotional costs, and guide readers toward clarity, courage, and self-permission—creating breakthroughs that resonate long after the final page.

I am an authentic and compelling speaker who brings voice, vision, and vulnerability to every stage. My talks transform by dismantling silence, exposing the cost of overachievement, and empowering people to rise with authenticity. I create experiences that resonate deeply—leaving audiences motivated to act, grow, and lead themselves forward.
My Mission
I exist to awaken the confidence, courage, and self-permission women were never meant to surrender—so they speak up, stand firm, and design lives that honor their brilliance, not their burnout or silence. My Vision
To build a global movement where women no longer dim their brilliance, betray their boundaries, or silence their truth—but lead, live, and love from their fullest, freest selves. My Promise
I promise to deliver truth, tools, and testimony that disrupt the patterns keeping women constrained—empowering them to rebuild confidence, redesign their boundaries, and rise into lives that honor who they are, not who the world demanded they be.”
Why This Work Exists
Before I became a coach, I was the woman holding it all together—professionally polished, internally depleted.
I watched brilliant professionals contort themselves to stay “palatable.”
I watched leadership spaces demand loyalty without protection.
I watched confidence slowly fracture—not from weakness, but from prolonged exposure to environments that made self-betrayal feel like survival.
My life changed forever when I began to unravel thread by thread. No one noticed the snags or frays. The expectation was that I kept smiling, kept performing, kept self-sacrificing. That moment collapsed every illusion I had about safety, power, and silence. It revealed something devastating and undeniable:
What we fail to name, we cannot stop. What we normalize, we unknowingly protect. That truth reshaped my work and my calling.
Who I Serve
I work with accomplished professionals who are successful on the outside, but quietly tired on the inside. Women who are respected, relied on, and constantly performing strength—yet feel unseen, undervalued, or disconnected from their own voice and confidence. First generation leaders who are dodging success landmines while carrying the weight of making everyone proud.
If you’re still showing up, still delivering, still leading… but you’re ready to stop overgiving, stop proving, and stop sacrificing yourself to succeed, you’re in the right place.
I help professionals reclaim self-trust, restore their confidence, and experience success that feels aligned, grounded, unapologetic, and deeply true to who they are.
If you’re ready to feel like yourself again—strong, certain, and whole—I serve you.
This Is For You If…
-
You are successful on paper but disconnected internally
-
You’ve been labeled “strong” and exhausted from carrying the weight of expectations
-
You are always relied on, but rarely supported
-
You’ve learned to endure instead of trust yourself
-
You are done surviving environments that call it leadership
-
You are ready to reclaim your voice—without burning your life down
You don’t need to become someone new. You need to return to who you were before you learned to disappear.
